Rod Shreckengost has dedicated his career to the construction industry, gaining hands-on experience from an early age while working alongside his father in Southern Oregon. His journey in construction has been shaped by a deep understanding of every stage of the building process, from foundations to final finishes.

After moving to California in 1983, Rod initially pursued ministry work before joining Intertex General Contractors in 1987 as a carpenter. His leadership skills and expertise quickly propelled him to become the company's first General Superintendent and later a part owner. Over the years, he played a pivotal role in developing field operations, implementing efficient communication and scheduling systems, and enhancing safety protocols. Under his leadership as Safety Director, the company achieved three consecutive years without a single reportable accident.

As the Vice President of Field Operations, Rod oversaw more than $236 million in completed projects, including military, public works, retail, and multi-story developments. His extensive experience ranges from working with government agencies such as the Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Navy, and NASA, to managing large-scale development projects like the Bridgeport Marketplace.

In 2009, Rod launched his own consulting firm, bringing decades of expertise to clients seeking reliable project management and construction consulting services. His foundation in construction, combined with his leadership and integrity, makes him a trusted partner in the industry.

Outside of work, Rod enjoys music, acting, and serving his community. He values time with his family, including his wife of over four decades, their children, and grandchildren.
